All NZ delivery’s allow within 5 to 7 business days – Standard Tracking – No signature
Australia delivery’s allow within 10- 15 business days – Standard Tracking -No signature with a flat rate of $20
If any delays arise, updates will be shared on our Instagram and Facebook stories. Our courier collects packages anytime before 4:30pm – Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is with the courier, please refer to your emailed tracking number for status updates. Please place your email address when filling out your details at check out as Venus Rose will not take responsibility if tracking numbers cannot be sent.
If you’d like to add items to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, if your order has already been marked as fulfilled, we’ll be unable to make adjustments, and a new order will be required.
