Refunds cannot be provided for unpractical preferences for example: Losing an missing earring – as all earrings has backings to keep earrings secure; however, reach out to me if you’re concerned to ensure that you have received the correct product and are satisfied with your order.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for returns or exchanges, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you wish to cancel an unfulfilled order, we can arrange this minus any processing fees incurred, which we’ll discuss upon your request.
